COOL-SPEED® 500
COOL-SPEED 500 is a water-soluble mineral oil blended with effective emulsifiers, polar rust inhibitors and lubricity aids to provide excellent emulsion stability and rust protection.
COOL-SPEED 500 provides excellent emulsion stability, rust protection and hard water stability and is recommended for sawing, turning, milling, boring and grinding. The balanced properties of COOL-SPEED 500 make it the soluble oil for most job shop needs. Recommended dilution ratios are 10/1 to 30/1 for machining and 30/1 to 50/1 for grinding.

COOL-SPEED D-515 is a water soluble oil fortified with fatty oils to give it excellent lubricity characteristics. COOL-SPEED D-515 is designed for the heavier duty machining operations on both ferrous and non ferrous metals.

COOL FORM® 4901
COOL FORM® 4901 is petroleum based
sheet metal processing lubricant and
preservative designed for use in blankers and
high speed auto-shear as a wash designed to
provide lubrication and leave behind a rust
inhibiting film. COOL FORM®l 4901 is also
used in press line lubricant applicators and
blank washers as a wash, stamping lubricant
to protect against rust after forming, as well
as a rust preventive spray on formed parts.
COOL FORM® 4901 is acceptable as a
preservative and lubricant on sheet and coil,
and is non-interfering with Body and
Assembly sealers, adhesives and preconditioning
systems.
