DAUBOND® INSULATION ADHESIVE 3112MGR
DAUBOND 3112MGR is a synthetic rubber based adhesive designed especially for spray application in bonding fiber glass and other lightweight insulation to metal in the fabrication of commercial heating and air condition ducts, furnaces, air conditioners, refrigerators, tank trucks, commercial freezers, etc.
The unique light gel consistency of this product allows it to be applied using very low air consumption equipment without stringiness, misting or excessive cobwebbing. This adhesive can also be successfully roll coated. (See application instructions)
This product reaches the tacky stage quickly and keeps a long, aggressive tack range; this facilitates production even when the largest sheets of insulation are used. An effective bond is maintained over a temperature range of -20° F to +250° F.

COATING 6492GR
DAUBOND® 6492GR is a general purpose, high solids, aerosol adhesive. It allows the aerosol filler to produce an
18 to 20 percent (by weight) finished aerosol product, compared to the conventional 8 to 10 percent (by weight).
Depending on the desired can solids, it may be necessary to use dimethylether (DME), along with the usual
propane / isobutane propellant. The exact ratio should be determined by the aerosoler.
