DAUBOND® PURHM 8022
Daubond® 8022 is a one component, reactive hot melt
adhesive. 8022 will react with moisture present in the
surrounding air, and in some substrates (wood, etc.), to
become a crosslinked, thermoset adhesive. When cured,
8022 exhibits good resistance to heat, cold, and boiling
water.
8022 is suitable for general-purpose assembly bonding, as
well as wrapping vinyl films, resin impregnated paper foils,
and wood veneer strips to various profiles (e.g., PVC and
aluminum). When cured, Daubond 8022 is serviceable from
–40°C to more than 100°C, depending on the substrates.

8032 exhibits good resistance to heat, cold, and water.

When cured, 8030 is very resistant to the effects of heat,
water and cold.

DAUBOND® PUR6549
Daubond® 6549 is a moisture-curing, one-component
reactive adhesive. 6549 will react with moisture present in
the surrounding air, and in some substrates (wood, etc.), to
become a crosslinked, thermoset adhesive. Daubond®
6549 expands as it cures, filling gaps and further
penetrating porous substrates. When cured, 6549 exhibits
good resistance to heat, cold, and water (D4 classification
per DIN EN 204).

DAUBOND® PUR6550
Daubond® 6550 is a moisture-curing, one-component
reactive adhesive. 6550 will react with moisture present in
the surrounding air, and in some substrates (wood, etc.), to
become a crosslinked, thermoset adhesive. Daubond®
6549 expands as it cures, filling gaps and further
penetrating porous substrates. When cured, 6550 exhibits
good resistance to heat, cold, and water.

DAUBOND® PUR6551
Daubond® 6551 is a one-component reactive adhesive.
6551 will react with moisture present in the surrounding air,
and in some substrates (wood, etc.), to become a
crosslinked, thermoset adhesive. Daubond® 6549 expands
as it cures, filling gaps and further penetrating porous
substrates. When cured, 6551 exhibits good resistance to
heat and cold. 6551 is also resistant to steam and boiling
water (D4 classification per DIN/EN 204).

DAUBOND® PUR 8026 Purge
Purge 8026 is a waxy hot melt cleaner designed to purge
equipment of reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesives.
8026 prevents nozzles from clogging during prolonged
shutdowns, e.g. overnight and during weekends.
