Nox-Rust® 1031HV

  • A petroleum based, solvent type, cold applied rust preventive
  • Designed for multiple corrosion protection applications

Thixotropic in nature that allows ease of application with minimal drop or sag of the resulting film. The resulting film is dry, waxy and semi-transparent, and can be easily dyed or pigmented to almost any color. Its excellent abrasion resistance and self-healing properties makes it ideal for use in various applications.


Nox-Rust® 1553

  • Provides superior protection against salt spray and humidity
  • Approximate dry to touch time is 2 to 4 hours
  • Offers easy removal from surface and clothing

A solvent-borne corrosion preventive compound designed for rustproofing new and used vehicles. Nox-Rust® 1553 is a translucent, amber, semi-firm film coating approved by OEM manufacturers.


Nox-Rust® 5182

  • A water-based corrosion preventive
  • Designed for application to automotive underbodies.

Dries to a wax like film. Can be applied using conventional spray equipment.


Nox-Rust® R-576-95

  • A zero V.O.C., ambient cure coating
  • Formulated to provide an abrasion resistant film
  • Similar performance properties to the current P.V.C. used on automotive underbodies

Can be applied by brush, or sprayed by using an airless pump. Grey, pourable liquid with slight gel.


Nox-Rust® X-120 Clear

  • A metalloorganic, polar type, corrosion preventive
  • Designed to provide long term protection of automotive undercarriages
  • Dries to a firm grease-like film that will self heal when damaged

A thixotropic undercoating that will spray to a moderate film thickness without dripping. Remains flexible at temperatures down to -30 C, yet will not flow at temperatures up to 150 C. Can be applied by low-pressure airless spray equipment with accessory spray wands capable of coating critical areas.


Nox-Rust® X-121

  • A thixotropic wax-gel rustproofing compound

Tectyl® 155FF Black

It is recommended for applications where a firm film coating with weathering is required.

Tectyl® 2500

  • A water-based coating
  • Designed to be sprayed, rolled, or brush-applied to wooden trailer floors

Dries rapidly to form a firm, abrasion-resistant film that provides excellent resistance to moisture and cold weather cracking. Available in black and gray.


Tectyl® 2502

  • A water based wood putty
  • Designed to seal joints and cracks in hard wood flooring

When applied to the floor joint of trailers, railroad cars etc., it seals the wood from destructive elements such as rain, ice and road chemicals. Will spray through airless equipment. Can immediately top coated with Tectyl® 2500 latex board coat.

Protects against the damaging effects of acid and solid particle fallout during transit and storage. The dry film is tack free to prevent dust and dirt pick-up. Excellent for use on aluminum and galvanized surfaces.


Tectyl® 3305

  • A zero VOC, air-dry, waterborne emulsion corrosion preventive coating
  • Designed for ferrous and non-ferrous metals in transportation equipment

Provides a long lasting durable film. Most effective as an underbody coating on trucks and trailers. Can be recoated with most urethane, acrylic, or alkyd resin formulated automotive topcoats.


Tectyl® 3310 Gray

  • A zero VOC, air-dry, waterborne emulsion corrosion preventive coating
  • Designed for ferrous and non-ferrous metals in transportation equipment

Provides a long lasting durable film. This coating is most effective as an underbody coating on trucks and trailers. Can be recoated with most urethane, acrylic, or alkyd resin formulated automotive topcoats.


Tectyl® 3313 LG

  • A waterborne corrosion preventive coating
  • Provides an effective barrier against corrosive environments
  • Works on for ferrous and non-ferrous fabrications and industrial components

Suitable for use within environments that require coatings to possess higher flash points and lower VOC standards. Possesses a volatile organic content (VOC) of 2.9 lbs. per gallon and a flash point >212°F (100°C). The cured film is hard and flexible.


Tectyl® 3315

  • Water-based coating

Dries rapidly to form a firm, abrasion-resistant film that has excellent resistance to moisture.


Tectyl® 3317 Gray

A gray HAPS free, air dry, high solids, solvent-borne corrosion preventive hard shell coating. The cured film is hard, flexible and durable.


Tectyl® 3335

  • A zero VOC, air-dry, waterborne corrosion preventive coating
  • Designed for ferrous and non-ferrous metals
  • Provides excellent protection for most substrates including primers, e-coat and oily steel

Resists chipping, scratches and gravel marks normally seen on truck and trailer underbodies. Can be recoated with most urethane, acrylic or alkyd resin formulated automotive topcoats.


Tectyl® 351S

  • A waterborne, asphalt emulsion corrosion preventive compound
  • Suitable for complete undercoating of ferrous and non-ferrous metals
  • Provides sound deadening

Designed for transportation equipment, trailer homes, modular homes, and the protection of sewage pipes. The cured film is firm, black, resilient, matte textured, and abrasion resistant


Tectyl® 4033

  • A water based, thixotropic, black corrosion preventive
  • Provides excellent weathering and corrosion protection

The dry film is waxy and non-tacky. Recommended for use in the transportation industry as an undercoating for metal and wood surfaces.


Tectyl® 5164

  • A firm film undercoating material
  • Provides corrosion protection, sound deadening and moisture sealing properties

Designed for the underside of highway trailers, bus bodies and automotive vehicles. Meets the requirements of Federal Specification TT-C-520B.


Tectyl® 517

  • Designed for rustproofing transportation equipment
  • Provides galvanic corrosion protection
  • Can be applied on battery terminals for insulating purposes
  • Dry film is black and semi-firm

A solvent-borne, thixotropic corrosion preventive compound designed for rustproofing transportation equipment. Tectyl® 517 is approved under military specifications MIL-C-0083933A and under MIL-C-62218A, Types I and II, QPL Reference Numbers AR-18-85 and 2-7515.


Tectyl® 518

  • Designed for rustproofing transportation equipment
  • Provides galvanic corrosion protection
  • Can be applied on battery terminals for insulating purposes
  • Dry film is translucent and semi-firm

A solvent-borne, thixotropic, corrosion preventive compound designed for rustproofing transportation equipment. Tectyl® 518 is approved under Military Specification MIL-C-62218, Type I, QPL Reference Number AR-18-85.


Tectyl® 5187

  • A superior corrosion preventative for automotive underbodies
  • Can be applied using conventional underbody rustproofing equipment

A water-based corrosion preventive designed for application to automotive underbodies. This compound will dry to a waxlike film. Shelf life is 90 days, and can be removed with soap and water or mineral spirits.


Tectyl® 6427

  • Waterborne, asphalt emulsion corrosion preventive compound
  • Suitable for complete undercoating of transportation equipment
  • Dry to touch time is 60 to 90 minutes

The cured film is firm, black, resilient, matte textured, abrasion resistant, and provides sound deadening. Meets Specification TT-C-520B.


Tectyl® 6430

  • A waterborne, asphalt emulsion corrosion preventive compound
  • Suitable for complete undercoating of transportation equipment
  • Provides sound deadening

The cured film is firm, black, resilient, matte textured, and abrasion resistant. Meets Specification TT-C-520B.


Tectyl® 7191

  • Ideal as a water displacing, long term, inner body corrosion preventive
  • Specifically designed to protect enclosed automotive body sections
  • Normally applied by low pressure airless spray equipment

A water-based rustproofing compound with a thin gel, but low viscosity that allows for film build on vertical surfaces and for seam penetration (capillary action) into areas with metal-to-metal overlap. The resulting film is clear in color and will repel water, self-heal, and remain flexible to prevent chipping or cracking.


Tectyl® 8140

  • A solvent cutback, thixotropic corrosion preventive compound
  • Suitable for complete undercoating for transportation equipment

The cured film is firm, black, resilient, abrasion resistant, and provides sound deadening.


Tectyl® HPS

  • High performance solvent
  • Designed for the dilution and removal of TECTYL® solvent-borne coatings

Designed for the precleaning of ferrous and non-ferrous metal substrates and spray equipment. Can also be used on painted surfaces.


Tectyl® WBS-A

  • A waterborne solvent
  • Designed for the dilution and removal of partially cured TECTYL® waterborne coatings.

Can also be used for the pre-cleaning of ferrous and non-ferrous metal substrates and spray equipment.
