Cool Form® 4901

  • A petroleum based sheet metal processing lubricant and preservative
  • Designed for use in blankers and high speed auto-shear
  • Also works as a wash to provide lubrication with a rust inhibiting film.

Can also be used in press line lubricant applicators and blank washers as a wash, stamping lubricant to protect against rust after forming, as well as a rust preventive spray on formed parts. Acceptable as a preservative and lubricant on sheet and coil, and is non-interfering with Body and Assembly sealers, adhesives and preconditioning systems.

Nox-Rust® 212

  • An effective water displacing rust preventative compound
  • Will not emulsify, even in the presence of alkalis
  • Quickly separates water displaced from metal surfaces after machining or cleaning operations

The protective film left on the metal after evaporation of the solvent is ultra-thin, non-staining, and highly protective. Conforms to all the requirements of MIL-C-0081309, Grade II.


Nox-Rust® 311 HMD

  • A solvent cut thin film rust preventive
  • Designed to protect metal surfaces during transit and storage
  • Can be applied by dip, spray or brush

Provides a non-discernible thin waxy protective film. Dipping is an easy application for spare parts. Also used in areas such as springs, sprockets and chains of motorcycles, heavy equipment and automobiles that require corrosion protection prior to use.


Nox-Rust® 4019

  • A barium free, moisture displacing solvent cutback rust preventive
  • non-emulsifiable rust preventive and water displacer
  • Provides a protective film that is non-staining and non-discernable

Applicable to most plant and inter plant operations after electroplating and surface conversion processes. The film is a soft, grease-like self-healing coating that can be applied by brush or spray operations. Becomes fluid with agitation.


Nox-Rust® 707

  • Water soluble corrosion inhibitor
  • Eliminates hazards associated with the use of oil
  • Designed for use as a cleaning agent for coiled steel and coated steel products

A synthetic water-based fluid that does not contain any oil or oil-based material. Effectively removes dirt and debris from steel prior to applying mill oils and coiling. When used alone, supplies a high level of temporary protection to metal surfaces as well as application machinery.

Deposits a thin, oily film that exhibits excellent protection, as well as water displacing, lubricating and penetrating properties. Penetrates into crevices and areas not reached by spray and brush coating, ensuring total coverage. Its extremely short drain period eliminates excessive drip and in-process handling time.

Nox-Rust® X-250

  • An inhibited, oil-type compound
  • Physically similar to an SAE 30 lubricating oil

Ideal for the protection of precision assemblies such as the interiors of pumps, gear housings, transmissions, differentials, fuel tanks, carburetors and other types of equipment having precision and polished surfaces. Can also be used as a flush for lubrication, hydraulic and coolant systems, as well as journals and journal boxes.


Nox-Rust® X-285

  • Provides up to six months protection inside on steel

A light preservative oil especially suited for precision instruments, firearms, and other close tolerance mechanisms as well as for their individual components. Differs from ordinary rust preventive oils in that it is also an excellent lubricant.


Nox-Rust® X-298

  • Non-emulsifiable rust preventative and water displacer
  • Gives a protective film upon evaporation

Used for the protection of interiors of machines under cover, and will not clog dies of stamping machines. Displaces moisture, and will not emulsify in the presence of alkali. Quickly separates alkaline water displaced from metal surfaces.


Nox-Rust® X-703

  • Rust preventive oil concentrate
  • Can be diluted with water or petroleum solvent
  • Applied by dipping, spraying, or flow coating

Designed for use in retarding corrosion during shipment and storage of machined parts, tools, phosphate treated steel, finished assemblies, and many other in-plant applications. The duration of protection is dependent on the degree of dilution. Water dilution works where safety regulations prohibit the use of volatile solvents.


Nox-Rust® X-703D

Tectyl® 1022

  • A solvent cutback corrosion preventive compound
  • Designed for the protection of ferrous metal

The dry film is firm and black. Recommended for applications where a firm film coating with weathering is required.


Tectyl® 275

  • A water displacing, solvent cutback corrosion preventive compound
  • Provides protection for industrial parts and transportation components
  • Also works as a lubricant and penetrant

The film is an ultralight, transparent oil that has fingerprint suppressor and removal capabilities. Approved under Military Specification MIL-C-15074E, QPL Reference Number AR-20-85.


Tectyl® 282

  • A water displacing, solvent cutback, oil concentrate corrosion preventive
  • Can be reduced with mineral spirits or higher flash point hydrocarbon solvents

Tectyl® 283S-17HF

  • A water displacing, solvent cutback, oil based corrosion preventive

Tectyl® 502C, Class I

  • A solvent cutback, corrosion preventive compound
  • Designed to protect ferrous and non-ferrous parts for indoor or covered storage and during shipment.
