Nox-Rust® R-461-90
A petroleum based sheet metal processing lubricant and preservative designed for use on coiled stock as a combination rust preventive and pre-lube, in blankers and high speed auto-shear as a wash designed to leave behind both a lubrication and rust inhibiting film. It is also used in press line lubricant applicators and blank washers as a wash, stamping lubricant to protect against rust after forming, and as a rust preventive spray on formed parts.
Nox-Rust® R-514-265
A petroleum based sheet metal processing lubricant and preservative designed for use in blankers and high speed auto-shear machines. Provides both lubrication and a rust inhibiting film. Also for use in press line lubricant applicators and blank washers as a wash, stamping lubricant to protect against rust after forming. Non-interfering with Body and Assembly sealers, adhesives and pre-conditioning systems. The material is applied, as received, by dip, spray or roll coater application.
Nox-Rust® R-552-66
Low viscosity petroleum based rust preventive compound designed to give good stain-stack protection for cold-rolled steel and various alloyed steels.
Nox-Rust® X-111
Designed for use in acid fume environments such as pickling operations. Also provides nonstaining, water-displacing, and high humidity protection of steel parts and equipment during storage.
Nox-Rust® X-111B
Designed for use in acid fume environments such as pickling operations. Also provides non-staining, water-displacing, and high humidity protection of steel parts and equipment during storage.
Nox-Rust® X-210
A superior choice for use on: springs, stampings, saws, machine tools, engines, compressors, refrigeration and aviation parts, watchmaker and precision tools, gear shafts, sockets, hammers, cutting tools, steel plates, taps, drills, bearings, bearing races, knife blades, gear parts and cold rolled steel, and many other applications.
Nox-Rust® X-224-HF
Deposits a thin, oily film that exhibits excellent protection, as well as water displacing, lubricating and penetrating properties. Penetrates into crevices and areas not reached by spray and brush coating, ensuring total coverage. Its extremely short drain period eliminates excessive drip and in-process handling time.
Nox-Rust® X-241 AA
Coats as a lubricant and rust preventive film. Also used as a rust preventive spray on steel and steel parts. Approved as a preservative and lubricant on sheet and coiled steel in the automobile industry as it is non-interfering with body and assembly. Protects coiled stock in an acid fume environment.
Nox-Rust® X-241-M
Works well in blankers (auto-shear) as a wash that leaves behind a lubricant and rust preventive film. Also used as a rust preventive spray on steel and steel parts. Non-interfering with body and assembly sealers, adhesives, and cleaning systems. Protects coiled stock in an acid fume environment.
Nox-Rust® X-250
Ideal for the protection of precision assemblies such as the interiors of pumps, gear housings, transmissions, differentials, fuel tanks, carburetors and other types of equipment having precision and polished surfaces. Can also be used as a flush for lubrication, hydraulic and coolant systems, as well as journals and journal boxes.
Nox-Rust® X-285
A light preservative oil especially suited for precision instruments, firearms, and other close tolerance mechanisms as well as for their individual components. Differs from ordinary rust preventive oils in that it is also an excellent lubricant.
