Nox-Rust® 4167
Repels water, self heals itself, remains flexible at low temperatures, and provides corrosion protection for primed and unprimed surfaces. Appplied using low pressure airless or air assisted airless equipment.
Nox-Rust® 501
Can be applied by dipping, spraying, or brushing. Film is black and slightly tacky. Approved to MIL-PRF-16173E Grade 1, Class II.
Nox-Rust® 501-LS
A solvent type, cold application rust preventive hard film that meets the requirements of MIL-PRF-16173E, Grade I, Class I.
Nox-Rust® 502 DHS
Recommended for extended undercover protection of internal or external surfaces of machinery and/or materials with or without use of supplementary barrier materials. It is also applicable for outdoor protection for limited periods, where metal temperatures do not reach levels that produce prohibitive flow of the corrosion preventive film. Formulated to fulfill the requirements of MIL-PRF-16173E Grade #2 Class II Specification.
Nox-Rust® 502 DLS
Recommended for extended undercover protection of internal or external surfaces of machinery and/or materials with or without use of supplementary barrier materials. Formulated to fulfill the requirements of MIL-PRF-16173E Grade #2 Class I Specification.
Nox-Rust® 7703-B
A metallo-organic, polar type rustproofing compound specifically designed to protect enclosed automotive body sections. This rustproofing compound has a thin gel, but low viscosity that allows for film build on vertical surfaces and for seam penetration (capillary action) into areas with metal-to-metal overlap. The resulting film is amber in color.
Nox-Rust® 7703-W
A low color, translucent rustproofing compound with a thin gel, but low viscosity. This allows for film builds on vertical surfaces and for seam penetrations (capillary action) into areas with metal-to-metal overlap. The resulting film is wax-like in nature and will repel water, self-heal and remain flexible at low temperatures. Dry time is 4 hours to touch and overnight for full cure.
Nox-Rust® 7760-2
A high solids, cavity wax designed to provide long-term protection for enclosed automotive body sections. This rust preventative compound has a thin gel, but low viscosity, that allows for film builds on vertical surfaces and for seam penetration into areas with metal-to-metal overlap. The resulting film is wax-like in nature, and will repel water, self-heal, remain flexible at low temperatures, and provide corrosion protection for automotive primed and unprimed surfaces.
Nox-Rust® X-110
Deposits a transparent, firm, wax-like film that is readily removable by conventionally used solvents or degreasing methods. Formulated to fulfill the requirements of MIL-PRF-16173-E, Class I, Grade #4 Specification.
Nox-Rust® X-422
The film is a soft, grease-like self-healing coating that can be applied by brush or spray operations. Becomes fluid with agitation.
Pioneer 68
Especially useful as a general protective coating for metalwork, such as structural steel, storage tanks, pipes and fittings, automotive replacement parts and springs. The dried bright black coating will withstand the action of picric, sulfuric, nitric and hydrochloric acids for 6 hours without disintegration, browning, or dulling.
Pioneer 95
Has excellent water resistance and is an effective general protective coating for metalwork, such as structural steel, storage tanks, pipes and valves, automotive replacement parts and springs.
