  • A waterborne polyurethane adhesive
  • Designed for membrane pressing veneer and PVC films to various core substrates

Works well on MDF, particle board, and similar substrates. Part "A" may be used by itself or mixed with Part "B" if a more heat-resistant bond is required.

Daubond® 6493A

  • A waterborne polyurethane adhesive
  • Designed for membrane pressing veneer and PVC films to various core substrates

Works well on substrates including MDF and particleboard. Part "A" may be used by itself or mixed with Part "B" if a more heat-resistant bond is required. Exhibits a mildly thixotropic rheology for improved holdout and spray characteristics.

Daubond® 8022

(Available in 10-oz. cartridges only)

  • A one component, reactive hot melt adhesive
  • Suitable for general-purpose assembly bonding
  • One-minute open time

Reacts with moisture present in the surrounding air, and in some substrates (wood, etc.), to become a crosslinked, thermoset adhesive. When cured, exhibits good resistance to heat, cold, and boiling water. Also works well for applications including wrapping vinyl films, resin impregnated paper foils, and wood veneer strips to various profiles (e.g., PVC and aluminum). When cured, the product is serviceable from –40°C to more than 100°C, depending on the substrates.

Daubond® 8032
