Daubond® 6360

  • A high quality, solvent-free, two-part epoxy adhesive
  • Designed to laminate vinyl film to various core substrates
  • Supplied at ready-to-use viscosity

Ideal for situations when a very low VOC product is required. Excellent choice for substrates including wood, metal and some plastics. Color-coded pink and yellow for easy identification and mixing. Cures at room temperature. Laminates can be machined in 16 hours. Bonds with most vinyl films. Non-flammable.


Daubond® 6412

  • Water-based ethylene/vinyl acetate laminating adhesive
  • Exhibits excellent bonds to most commercial papers used in wood core stock laminates

Daubond® 6446A

  • Very high solids waterborne adhesive
  • Designed to laminate vinyl film to various core materials

Based on a modified vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer. Works well on substrates including luaun, particleboard, and gypsum. Improved heat resistance can be achieved by crosslinking with Daubond® 6429B, 6468B, or 6500B.


Daubond® 6477M3

  • A waterborne polyurethane adhesive
  • Designed for membrane pressing veneer and PVC films to various core substrates

Works well on MDF, particle board, and similar substrates. Part "A" may be used by itself or mixed with Part "B" if a more heat-resistant bond is required.


Daubond® 6493A

  • A waterborne polyurethane adhesive
  • Designed for membrane pressing veneer and PVC films to various core substrates

Works well on substrates including MDF and particleboard. Part "A" may be used by itself or mixed with Part "B" if a more heat-resistant bond is required. Exhibits a mildly thixotropic rheology for improved holdout and spray characteristics.


Daubond® 6549

  • A liquid moisture-curing, one-component reactive adhesive
  • 25-minute open time
  • Available in 500-ml squeeze bottles or 7-gallon pails

Reacts with moisture present in the surrounding air. Also reacts in some substrates (wood, etc.), to become a crosslinked, thermoset adhesive. Expands as it cures, filling gaps and further penetrating porous substrates. Typical applications include: bonding of windows and doors, wood joint bonding for outdoor use, bonding ceramic materials, concrete, hard foams.


Daubond® 6550

  • A liquid moisture-curing, one-component reactive adhesive
  • 6-8 minute open time
  • Available in 500-ml squeeze bottles or 7-gallon pails

Reacts with moisture present in the surrounding air, and in some substrates (wood, etc.), to become a crosslinked, thermoset adhesive. Expands as it cures, filling gaps and further penetrating porous substrates. Typical applications include: bonding of wood, polystyrene foams, vinyl, mineral boards, sheet aluminum, cement board.


Daubond® 8022

(Available in 10-oz. cartridges only)

  • A one component, reactive hot melt adhesive
  • Suitable for general-purpose assembly bonding
  • One-minute open time

Reacts with moisture present in the surrounding air, and in some substrates (wood, etc.), to become a crosslinked, thermoset adhesive. When cured, exhibits good resistance to heat, cold, and boiling water. Also works well for applications including wrapping vinyl films, resin impregnated paper foils, and wood veneer strips to various profiles (e.g., PVC and aluminum). When cured, the product is serviceable from –40°C to more than 100°C, depending on the substrates.


Daubond® 8032

(Available in 10-oz. cartridges only)

  • A one component, reactive hot melt adhesive
  • Suitable for general-purpose assembly bonding
  • 1.5 minute open time

Reacts with moisture present in the surrounding air, and in some substrates (wood, etc.), to become a crosslinked, thermoset adhesive. When cured, exhibits good resistance to heat, cold, and water. Also designed for application on wrapping vinyl films, resin impregnated paper foils, and wood veneer strips to various profiles (e.g., PVC and aluminum).


Daubond® 8050

(Available in 10-oz. cartridges only)

  • A one component, reactive hot melt adhesive
  • Suitable for general-purpose assembly bonding
  • 3-minute open time

8050 will react with moisture present in the surrounding air, and in some substrates (wood, etc.), to become a crosslinked, thermoset adhesive. When cured, 8050 exhibits good resistance to heat, cold, and water. 8050 is suitable for general-purpose assembly bonding, as well as wrapping vinyl films, resin impregnated paper foils, and wood veneer strips to various profiles (e.g., PVC and aluminum). 8050 is ideal for large surfaces that require a long open time.


Daubond® 8791

  • Two-part modified epoxy emulsion
  • Designed to bond printed rice papers to wood and wood products

Reinforces board and enhances surface hardness. Excellent wet tack, and color coded for easy identification and mixing. Cures to handle overnight.


Daubond® 8808

  • A two-part modified epoxy adhesive
  • Designed to adhere vinyl film to various substrates
  • Excellent resistance to plasticizer migration

Superior performance on substrates including wood, particle board, masonite, metal, concrete and many plastics. The bond strength produced is normally in excess of the vinyl film itself. Color-coded pink and yellow for easy identification and mixing. Cures to handling strength at room temperature overnight. Supplied at ready to use viscosity.


Daubond® 8818

  • Two-part, modified epoxy adhesive
  • Designed to laminate vinyl film to particle board
  • Bonds most vinyl films

Color-coded pink and yellow for easy identification and mixing. Cures to handling strength at room temperature overnight. Supplied at ready-to-use viscosity. Good tack combined with a long coater life.


Daubond® 8818HV

  • A two-part, modified epoxy adhesive
  • Designed to laminate vinyl film to particle board
  • Bonds most vinyl films

Cures to handling strength at room temperature overnight. Good tack combined with a long coater life. Supplied at ready-to-use viscosity.


Daubond® 8855

  • A high quality, solvent free, two-part, modified epoxy adhesive
  • Designed to laminate vinyl film to various core substrates,
  • Should be used where a very low VOC product is required

Works well on substrates including wood, metal and some plastics. Bonds most vinyl films. Not recommended for standard reverse printed vinyl films. Each part is color coded for easy identification and mixing. Cures at room temperature. Laminates can be machined in 16 hours. Supplied at ready-to-use viscosity. Non-flammable.


Daubond® 8855 AL&BL

  • A high quality, solvent-free, two-part, modified epoxy adhesive
  • Designed to laminate vinyl film to various core substrates
  • Should be used where a very low VOC product is required

Excellent choice for substrates including wood, metal and some plastics. Bonds most vinyl films (not recommended for standard reverse printed vinyl films).Color coded red and yellow for easy identification and mixing. Cures at room temperature. Laminates can be machined in 16 hours. Supplied at ready-to-use viscosity. Non-flammable.


Daubond® U6000 Series

  • Moisture-curing, one-component reactive polyurethanes
  • Reacts with either supplied moisture, moisture in the air or moisture-containing substrates
  • Exhibits good resistance to heat, cold and water

Reaction with water creates a strong, crosslinked, thermoset bond. Expands as it cures, filling gaps and further penetrating porous substrates. Typical applications include: bonding of windows and doors, wood joint bonding for outdoor use, bonding ceramic materials, concrete, hard foams


Daubond® U8015

  • A one component, reactive hot melt adhesive
  • Designed for assembly applications requiring an excellent green strength and fast set
  • Available in drums and 7-gallon pails
  • 45-second open time

Reacts with moisture present in the surrounding air, and in some substrates (wood, etc.), to become a crosslinked, thermoset adhesive. When cured, exhibits good resistance to heat, cold, and water.


Daubond® U8050

  • A one component, reactive hot melt adhesive
  • Designed for assembly applications requiring an excellent green strength and fast set
  • Available in drums and 7-gallon pails
  • 180-second open time

Reacts with moisture present in the surrounding air, and in some substrates (wood, etc.), to become a crosslinked, thermoset adhesive. When cured, is suitable for general-purpose assembly bonding, as well as wrapping vinyl films, resin impregnated paper foils, and wood veneer strips to various profiles (e.g., PVC and aluminum).


Daubond® U8102

  • A one-component, reactive hot melt adhesive
  • Designed for assembly applications requiring a rapid set time and excellent green strength
  • Offers good resistance to heat, cold, and water

Reacts with moisture present in the surrounding air and in some substrates (wood, etc.), to become a crosslinked thermoset adhesive. When cured, the product exhibits good resistance to heat, cold, and water. Can be applied with a small roller applicator or a slot die.

Daubond® U8200
