Daubond® 5269LAT

  • Low viscosity adhesive-primer
  • Bonds most vinyl plastisols and films
  • Withstands modest forming without adhesion loss

Suitable for bonding vinyl films, vinyl plastisols, and thermoplastic polyurethanes to most metals and glass. Requires no pre-bake.

Daubond® 6360

  • A high quality, solvent-free, two-part epoxy adhesive
  • Designed to laminate vinyl film to various core substrates
  • Supplied at ready-to-use viscosity

Ideal for situations when a very low VOC product is required. Excellent choice for substrates including wood, metal and some plastics. Color-coded pink and yellow for easy identification and mixing. Cures at room temperature. Laminates can be machined in 16 hours. Bonds with most vinyl films. Non-flammable.

Daubond® 8022

(Available in 10-oz. cartridges only)

  • A one component, reactive hot melt adhesive
  • Suitable for general-purpose assembly bonding
  • One-minute open time

Reacts with moisture present in the surrounding air, and in some substrates (wood, etc.), to become a crosslinked, thermoset adhesive. When cured, exhibits good resistance to heat, cold, and boiling water. Also works well for applications including wrapping vinyl films, resin impregnated paper foils, and wood veneer strips to various profiles (e.g., PVC and aluminum). When cured, the product is serviceable from –40°C to more than 100°C, depending on the substrates.

Daubond® 8032

(Available in 10-oz. cartridges only)

  • A one component, reactive hot melt adhesive
  • Suitable for general-purpose assembly bonding
  • 1.5 minute open time

Reacts with moisture present in the surrounding air, and in some substrates (wood, etc.), to become a crosslinked, thermoset adhesive. When cured, exhibits good resistance to heat, cold, and water. Also designed for application on wrapping vinyl films, resin impregnated paper foils, and wood veneer strips to various profiles (e.g., PVC and aluminum).

Daubond® 8050

(Available in 10-oz. cartridges only)

  • A one component, reactive hot melt adhesive
  • Suitable for general-purpose assembly bonding
  • 3-minute open time

8050 will react with moisture present in the surrounding air, and in some substrates (wood, etc.), to become a crosslinked, thermoset adhesive. When cured, 8050 exhibits good resistance to heat, cold, and water. 8050 is suitable for general-purpose assembly bonding, as well as wrapping vinyl films, resin impregnated paper foils, and wood veneer strips to various profiles (e.g., PVC and aluminum). 8050 is ideal for large surfaces that require a long open time.

Daubond® 8791

  • Two-part modified epoxy emulsion
  • Designed to bond printed rice papers to wood and wood products

Reinforces board and enhances surface hardness. Excellent wet tack, and color coded for easy identification and mixing. Cures to handle overnight.

Daubond® 8808

  • A two-part modified epoxy adhesive
  • Designed to adhere vinyl film to various substrates
  • Excellent resistance to plasticizer migration

Superior performance on substrates including wood, particle board, masonite, metal, concrete and many plastics. The bond strength produced is normally in excess of the vinyl film itself. Color-coded pink and yellow for easy identification and mixing. Cures to handling strength at room temperature overnight. Supplied at ready to use viscosity.

Daubond® 8818

  • Two-part, modified epoxy adhesive
  • Designed to laminate vinyl film to particle board
  • Bonds most vinyl films

Color-coded pink and yellow for easy identification and mixing. Cures to handling strength at room temperature overnight. Supplied at ready-to-use viscosity. Good tack combined with a long coater life.

Daubond® 8818HV

  • A two-part, modified epoxy adhesive
  • Designed to laminate vinyl film to particle board
  • Bonds most vinyl films

Cures to handling strength at room temperature overnight. Good tack combined with a long coater life. Supplied at ready-to-use viscosity.

Daubond® 8855

  • A high quality, solvent free, two-part, modified epoxy adhesive
  • Designed to laminate vinyl film to various core substrates,
  • Should be used where a very low VOC product is required

Works well on substrates including wood, metal and some plastics. Bonds most vinyl films. Not recommended for standard reverse printed vinyl films. Each part is color coded for easy identification and mixing. Cures at room temperature. Laminates can be machined in 16 hours. Supplied at ready-to-use viscosity. Non-flammable.

Daubond® U8015

  • A one component, reactive hot melt adhesive
  • Designed for assembly applications requiring an excellent green strength and fast set
  • Available in drums and 7-gallon pails
  • 45-second open time

Reacts with moisture present in the surrounding air, and in some substrates (wood, etc.), to become a crosslinked, thermoset adhesive. When cured, exhibits good resistance to heat, cold, and water.

Daubond® U8050

  • A one component, reactive hot melt adhesive
  • Designed for assembly applications requiring an excellent green strength and fast set
  • Available in drums and 7-gallon pails
  • 180-second open time
